Shopify E-commerce Website Development

The Challenge
Most ecommerce is built for repetition: inventory counts, size variants, bestsellers. Narasha works the other way. Each product exists once, and when it sells, it is gone. The store had to make scarcity feel intentional rather than empty. It also had to present every piece with the care given to a gallery object, and serve four markets with different currencies, shipping rules and buyer expectations without feeling fragmented.
What We Built
We designed and developed the store on Shopify around the single-piece model. Every product page tells a story: large-format photography, close detail of stone and setting, materials, craftsmanship, and a clear note that the piece will never be made again. Inventory is set to one, so a sold piece moves into a quiet archive instead of disappearing. Over time, that archive builds the collection's history and credibility.
For international buyers, the store shows local currency and pricing for Thailand, the UAE, the UK and Singapore. Shipping and duties are explained upfront so high-value purchases feel safe. Navigation stays restrained to collections, the atelier and enquiries, so nothing competes with the jewellery.
The purchase flow was built for considered buying. Customers can buy directly or request a private viewing or consultation for larger pieces, which reflects how luxury jewellery is actually bought.
The Result
Narasha now has a store that feels like a private salon rather than a catalogue. Every piece gets its moment, every market feels served, and the brand's one-of-one philosophy is visible from the first scroll to the final order.
