Campaign, Website Design & Development

The Challenge
Small kitchen appliances are a crowded category, and most are sold on spec sheets and discount banners. SmartTek's edge, speed and convenience in extreme heat, had to be felt rather than just listed. The brand also needed awareness at scale in Bangkok, offline and online, in a short launch window.
What We Built
We designed and developed a product website inspired by Apple's storytelling style. As visitors scroll, the ice maker reveals itself feature by feature through smooth scroll-driven animation: the six-minute ice cycle, capacity, compact footprint and ease of use. Each section focuses on one benefit, so the story builds naturally and the product is the hero throughout. The result feels like a flagship tech launch, not a typical appliance listing.
The Campaign
Alongside the website, we ran a print out-of-home campaign across 10 BTS and MRT metro stations in Bangkok. Commuters, often stepping in from the heat, saw a simple message at the right moment: fresh ice in six minutes. The visuals were bold and minimal, matching the website so every touchpoint felt connected.
We paired this with an influencer marketing campaign. Creators showed the ice maker in real Thai settings such as home kitchens, small cafés and weekend gatherings, turning the six-minute promise into something people could see for themselves. Every piece of content pointed back to the website, where the scroll experience took over and closed the sale.
The Result
The combination of a premium web experience, high-visibility metro placements and authentic influencer content created strong demand from launch. Every stock batch sold out, and SmartTek established itself as the go-to ice maker for Thailand's heat.
