The Challenge
The organisation relied on manual processes for membership, renewals and announcements. Information about events and activities was scattered, and the team had no simple way to reach members directly. The new platform needed to be easy for volunteers and staff to manage, welcoming for visitors and practical for members renewing each year.
What We Built
We redesigned the website with a clean, respectful visual identity that reflects the organisation's cultural roots while feeling modern and easy to navigate. Content is organised around what people look for most: upcoming events, festivals, community programmes, news and how to get involved. The site is fully responsive, so members can browse and act from their phones.
Behind the website, we developed a custom CMS that lets the team update pages, publish news and add events without technical help. At its core is a yearly subscription system for members. Users can sign up, pay for their annual membership and renew online, while the admin team can view active members, track renewals and manage records from one dashboard.
We also built a notification system to keep the community connected. Members receive updates about upcoming events, festival dates, announcements and membership renewal reminders, so no one misses an important occasion or lets their membership lapse unintentionally.
The Result
VHP Thailand now has a platform that works for both the organisation and its members. The team saves time on administration, renewals run smoothly without manual follow-ups, and members stay informed and engaged throughout the year, not just during major events. The website has become a central, reliable point of connection for the community across Thailand.
